We have organised a very tasty and healthy cuisine, since we use mostly local and fresh products, and we have retrieved old local recipes to create a different sense of flavors.
We made sure to collect Greek recipes, from Pelion, and the family secrets from Egypt, so that we enrich our menu with something different, that really makes us distinguish from common restaurants. The basis of our cuisine is the Mediterranean diet, with an emphasis on fresh vegetables and fruit, fresh fish and local meat and poultry.

In our rich salads, we use fresh vegetables from our garden, our olive oil production, herbs from Pelion and cheese from local producers.

In Hotel Des Roses, we have been producing the homemade wine “Kerasma” from our own vines for many decades. Moreover, we gather herbs from Pelion and make you cold and hot beverages.
